1. Introduction  
Welcome to Monnio ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how Monnio LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 

4. Use of the App
•    Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App.
•    License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
•    Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) Transmitting viruses, spamming, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others. (ii) Using any wallet that is linked to a trading bot or automated system. The use of such wallets can lead to the malfunction of our services and is strictly prohibited. (iii) Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of the App. (iv) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the App. 

5. User Accounts
•    Registration: To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
•    Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscriptions
•    Subscription Plans: The App offers various subscription plans that provide access to premium features and content. Details of the subscription plans, including pricing and duration, are available within the App.
•    Billing: Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of the subscription period and may be billed on a recurring basis depending on the subscription plan selected (e.g., monthly or annually). Billing is processed through the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and is subject to their payment terms and conditions.
•    Free Trials: We may offer free trials of our subscription plans. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan selected.
•    Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be billed to the payment method you provided.
•    Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app store where you purchased the subscription. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of the subscription period.
•    Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. In the event of any issues or disputes, please contact the app store's customer support. 

7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. 

8. Intellectual Property
•    Ownership: All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Monnio LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
•    License to Use Content: You are granted a limited license to access and use the App and its content for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our express written permission. 

9. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Monnio LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to its availability, accuracy, or reliability. 

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monnio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. 

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

14. No Financial Advice
The information, content, and materials provided in the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. Monnio LLC does not endorse or recommend any financial products or services. Users are advised to consult with a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions.
